It seems that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are feeling the Christmas spirit every day of the year because the couples donations reached 6.4 million dollars in 2008.

The amount is two times higher than that donated in 2007. This year the money were divided by Global Health organization – two million, one million to the Human Rights Foundation and – one million to “Do Good” foundation. The Armed Services of America YMCA has received the amount of $ 500,000, Brad Pitt’s hometown public school received $ 50,000, and nearly one million went to various projects in Cambodia.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have created a collection of gold and silver jewelry for British house Asprey, specialized in marketing luxury products, which has agreed to donate to a charitable foundation the benefits obtained.

This collection of jewelry, apparently inspired by a snake, was called “The Protector,” because Angelina sees the reptile as a protector of her family.

The collection includes various items of gold and silver from children items to diamond rings, bracelets for men, buttons for dresses and button shirts.

Prices are not low at all. A silver spoon for children can reach 525 dollars.

All proceeds will be donated to charitable foundation Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.

Excepting the premieres, Angelia Jolie and Brad Pitt are rarely seen together at public events.

Following recent rumors on the problems of the couple, the two made their appearance at the 30th anniversary of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

However, they didn’t shown the affection with which they accustomed us on the red carpet. The two walked over the gallery, quite distant from each other.

Togheter with French actress Melanie Laurent, director Quentin Tarantino and French actress Julie Dreyfus, Angelina Jolie’s life partner displayed an “extravagant” look on his latest public appearance. At the Inglorious Bastards Tokyo premiere, Brad appeared with three stalks braided into his beard.

The people from Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, found themselves on Halloween as Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and their children, Zahara, Shiloh and Maddox beat at their doorstep.

Dressed in colorful costumes and wearing make-up, the Pitt-Jolie family came into the holiday spirit and went to gather candy with a pumpkin in their hand.

Brad Pitt was dressed in an orange suit, disguised as DJ Lance Rock from the famous children show “Yo GabbaGabba”. Angelina Jolie has chosen a more radical change. With gray hair and blood on one side of her face, the actress didn’t scare anyone, the contrary, was as attractive as always.

Most happy were the children, Zahara was disguised as Batman, Maddox, who loves guns, was dressed in military clothes, and Shiloh was a little zombie soldier.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s fans will have to wait to see them on the big screen together again. The beautiful actress said recently that she’s much too busy to work in a new film with her husband, Brad Pitt, because her time is “eaten” by her six children and individual artistic projects.
“I would love to work with him but we have so many children…”, said Angelina, who is the mother of six: Maddox, aged eight years, Pax, five, Zahara and Shiloh, three, and twins Knox and Vivienne,  15 months old.
“We try to find a balance in our lives because we want to educate our children properly and to fulfill our dreams as artists and as people,” said the star, adding that “family is our top priority”.
