Miley Cyrus entertained the crowd at VH1 Divas concert in Brooklyn where she performed her new single “Party in the USA” and sang a duet with Sheryl Crow on Sheryl’s hit song “If It Makes You Happy”.
When asked about what it means to be a diva, Miley answered: “It doesn’t matter how old you are, as long as you are being inspirational”
